The collection of ethnographical objects

The Ursulines of Quebec possess a rich collection of thousands of ethnographical objects distributed among the following categories: furniture, pottery, crockery, glassware, ironworks and beads and bark objects. There is also an important amount of tools, equipments, models, materials, samples and workshop remnants related to the handiwork and other manual tasks done by the Ursulines since their arrival in New France in the 17th century.
